Welcome to Flowix, a subscription-based website service offered by WebConcepts Technologies Pvt. Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Flowix service. By subscribing to any plan, you agree to the terms below.

1. Service Model
  • Flowix operates exclusively on a subscription model designed for Indian small businesses seeking affordable, professionally managed websites without incurring high upfront development costs.
  • Clients may choose from three fixed packages as listed on our Plans & Pricing page. We do not support custom development or out-of-scope features under the Flowix model.
  • In case the client’s requirements exceed the scope of defined Flowix plans, such custom web development services will be delivered directly by WebConcepts Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. In such cases, our team will first understand the business requirement and then propose a custom commercial accordingly.
2. Subscription & Contract
  • Clients can subscribe to Flowix by paying a monthly fee starting from ₹799 + GST.
  • To avail zero setup charges, the client must commit to a minimum 3-year contract.
  • If a client does not wish to enter a 3-year contract, a one-time setup fee will apply as per the plan selected.
  • Upon successful completion of the 3-year contract, clients will receive a 50% discount on yearly payments and a 25% discount on monthly payments as a loyalty benefit.
  • Note: This loyalty benefit is only applicable on Growth and Business plans. The Starter plan pricing will remain unchanged.
3. Ownership & Access
  • The website, its backend, source code, and associated files remain the sole property of WebConcepts Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
  • Clients will have access only to the live front-end website. No backend, server, or code-level access will be granted.
4. Content Policy
  • Clients are responsible for providing genuine, human-written content to ensure SEO and user-friendly performance.
  • If preferred, Flowix can assist in creating content using AI tools with the client’s approval.
5. Payment & Invoicing
  • All payments related to Flowix subscriptions, including any setup charges or plan upgrades, will be invoiced and collected by WebConcepts Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
  • Flowix is a service offering and cost center under WebConcepts Technologies Pvt. Ltd., created specifically to support micro, small, and medium enterprises in building their online presence.
  • Payment is to be made as per the plan cycle (monthly/annually) selected during onboarding.
6. Termination Policy
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled with a 30-day notice. However, if the client has committed to a 3-year lock-in, early termination will result in a settlement charge equivalent to the remaining tenure of the contract.
  • In case of non-payment or policy violations, services may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • Flowix/WebConcepts Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any loss of business, data, or revenue caused due to website downtime, third-party issues, or force majeure.
8. Policy Updates
  • These terms are subject to revision at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
